Customer Satisfaction Is Our Mission
Safety and Demolition
Our rock-solid team believes that safety comes first. We are always looking at ways to improve and build upon our already sound foundation in the practice of safety. We pride ourselves on a quality start to finish results that are built upon best practices in the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) and the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) Standards and Initiatives. We have achieved this through hours of safety training to improve safety and health on all demolition sites.
Demolition Safety Talks
We provide hours of safety talks, unlimited resources, and provide guidelines to keep our crew and neighborhood safe during all demolitions. Before starting any demolition we will do a structural analysis and create a plan. Part of the plan is briefing any crew member from Monster Demolition on any and all hazards or potential hazards.
Demolition Safety Manual
As with any job out there we have a safety manual with strict guidelines. Demolition can be a dangerous job. Monster Demolition provides its crew with the right training and tools to do their jobs safely and efficiently.
Starting Out on the Job
When starting a career at Monster Demolition we make sure you are trained and ready to go before starting a demolition project. This means working closely with a well trained and experienced team. We do not allow any new or inexperienced person to be on a demolition site without proper training. Working with an experienced team and proper safety training is a must when entering the demolition field.
Demolition Safety Plan
The engineers at Monster Demolition will create a plan prior to any demolition. A few of the key elements in a demolition plan is the location of the building. First, we will look to see if it is adjacent to other structures, is it adjacent buildings or streets, and we will look at the utilities. We will also look at the structural support of the building. Once we have a good idea we will create a plan showing how we will proceed with the demolition and the method we will use to get it done as safely and efficiently. Our plan will cover precautionary measures for protecting the public, our process for handling debris, clean up, and the time required for Monster Demolition to complete the job.
Hazardous Communications Plan
Monster Demolition has built itself around best practices in Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) and the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) Standards and Initiatives. We have a hazardous communication plan in place and along with continuous training we have been able to maintain our goal of safety. Monster Demolition can provide Safety Data Sheets (SDS) on materials found at any demolition site.
Monster Demolition spends a great amount of time on training and safety. Safety just isn’t about our crew, it also reaches out to the neighborhood that we are working in. We strive to keep everyone around us safe and to follow the regulations put before us by the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) and the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) Standards.
